Do you crave deeper and more meaningful connections? Curious about how you relate to yourself and others in groups? Interested in finding out more about how you work through conflict or interpersonal challenges? Would you like to practice being more vulnerable, open and honest with yourself and others?
What is a Process Group?
This style of group therapy offers an experience of discovering how you interact with others. You will reflect upon your experiences in the here-and-now in relation to the other group members, exploring interpersonal dynamics. We will attend to how cultural upbringing, identity and social location influences how we interact. You are encouraged to speak honestly and freely in the moment, which offers a chance to connect more deeply with yourself and with others.
This group meets in-person in Berkeley on Mondays, 7:00-8:30 pm.
Cost: $75/session, 12-week commitment is required

Do you feel dissatisfied in your relationships? Do you have a successful career, lots of hobbies and interests but still find yourself feeling disconnected? Do you crave deeper and more meaningful connections?
This relationship-focused group will help you explore these questions and will invite you to discover more about yourself in relation to others through expressive arts activities, experiential exercises, and mutual sharing and relating to other group members.
You will be invited to self-reflect upon what you experience in relation to others in the group, to practice empathic listening skills, and to develop your capacity to share & relate on a deeper level. You will be invited to notice blocks or challenges that come up in the process within a safe space.
What are “Experiental Exercises” and “Expressive Arts Activities?”
We will be exploring group and 1-1 connection through improv games, movement activities, visual arts and collective creativity to help deepen the process of exploring yourself in relation to others. You do not need to have any experience with the arts in order to participate.
This is not strictly an expressive arts group – we will be engaging in “talk therapy” and will have plenty of space to share, reflect, and process together as a group.
Cost: $520 for a 8-week commitment ($65/session)
